Terms & Conditions

By confirming a booking with Chef Wesley, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Deposit

To secure your dates, Chef Wesley requires a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) along with a 50% deposit.

The remaining balance is due as follows:

  • Holiday Chef Service (multi-day bookings): 7 days before the first service

  • Private Dining (one-day events): 24 hours before, or on the day of the event

2. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing.

  • More than 14 days before your booking: deposit is fully or partially refundable, depending on any costs already incurred (such as ingredients or special orders).

  • 7–14 days before: 50% of the total booking value is refundable

  • Less than 7 days / last-minute cancellations: deposit non-refundable

Note: Ingredients may already be purchased and will be deducted where applicable.

3. Last-Minute Bookings

Last-minute bookings are welcome, but subject to availability and ingredient sourcing.

  • Full payment may be required in advance

  • Menu options may be more limited

4. Guest Numbers & Changes

To ensure a smooth service, Chef Wesley asks that final guest numbers and all dietary requirements are confirmed at least 72 hours in advance.

  • If guest numbers increase, Chef Wesley will accommodate where possible and adjust pricing accordingly

  • If guest numbers decrease, the original agreed fee remains applicable if the ingredients have already been purchased.

5. Pricing & Ingredients

All prices are quoted in EUR and may be subject to IVA (VAT).

  • Grocery and ingredient costs are charged separately

  • Travel to locations beyond 30 km from Palma de Mallorca may include a small supplement, confirmed in advance

6. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

All allergies, intolerances, and dietary preferences must be communicated clearly at the time of booking and reconfirmed 72 hours before service.

  • Severe allergies must be disclosed in detail

  • While Chef Wesley follows strict preparation practices, a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed in private kitchens

7. Kitchen Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, functional kitchen with adequate fridge and storage space.

  • Chef Wesley may request photos of the kitchen or arrange a pre-inspection (if needed) to confirm the condition

  • Chef Wesley will leave the kitchen clean after each service

8. Liability

Chef Wesley is fully insured. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

No responsibility is accepted for issues arising from undisclosed allergies, external food brought by guests, or circumstances beyond control (force majeure).
